Providing individuals living with neurologic diagnoses superior physical therapy services, in order to maximize their recovery and quality of life
What does that mean? Unlike the traditional outpatient therapy model, we come directly to you!
Your every day environment, like your home, office, or favorite community location, is the optimal
setting to facilitate your meaningful recovery.
We are proud to be the first mobile neurologic physical therapy practice in the greater Western New York area.
This practice model has proven to be successful across the country, and we’re excited to diversify our local
rehabilitation community.
Our model prides itself on offering convenient access to care, for our clients and families alike.
Our knowledgeable and experienced professionals provide 1-on-1, intensive physical therapy service,
with the intent of helping you maximize your potential!
We are passionate, creative, and motivated clinicians who strive to maintain you at the
center of our focus, by guiding you in accomplishing your greatest goals.
We are strictly a cash-based service, so we have the flexibility to work towards your goals that insurance providers do not support, like participation in your favorite recreational activity!
We strive to facilitate a collaborative partnership between therapist and client in our 1-on-1 treatment model. Professional evidence shows that the more engaged clients are in their rehabilitation process, the greater their opportunities for recovery.
In the traditional clinic model, clients typically depend on others for transportation to/from their appointments. This has the potential to lead to cancelled therapy sessions, late arrivals, or even termination of treatment. Since we operate under a mobile paradigm, we come to you! Even better, by participating in outpatient therapy at your home or another meaningful setting, we are promoting saliency within a “real life” setting in order to maximize your functional carry over.
Our team strives to stay current on the professional evidence in order to continuously grow as clinicians. This directly translates into your growth as our clients, since you’ll always be receiving effective, evidence-based treatment!

Lauren graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester in 2016 and has clinical experience in a variety of settings, including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient. Lauren discovered her passion for collaborating with individuals living with neurologic diagnoses during her first clinical rotation in graduate school. From there, her excitement and inquiry only grew with each subsequent clinical experience and led her to the start of her professional career. She began at a nationally-ranked inpatient rehabilitation hospital in West Orange, New Jersey, working with individuals who endured CVA, traumatic brain injury, amputation, spinal cord injury, polyneuropathies, and multi-traumas. There, she received exceptional clinical mentorship as a part of the interdisciplinary team and had opportunities to participate in professional research and a variety of clinical education experiences. While Lauren loved her professional life in New Jersey, she greatly missed her family and friends in Buffalo, NY. She made the difficult decision to leave her “dream job” to return home. In doing so, she promised herself that she would utilize her experiences from New Jersey to make an impact within the neurologic population of her hometown community. Lauren immersed herself in an established outpatient therapy setting at Erie County Medical Center, where she directed her focus towards the management of primary neurologic diagnoses, secondary musculoskeletal diagnoses, and chronic pain. She came to love the outpatient neurologic clinical setting (which is something that surprised her immensely after loving inpatient rehab so much), but saw endless areas for opportunity! After engaging in nation-wide research and conversation with top neurologic clinicians, she learned about the mobile therapy practice paradigm. Sticking to her promise, she saw this platform as her opportunity to influence the neurologic population of Western New York, and as a result, she founded Mobilize Physical Therapy, P.L.L.C.! When Lauren is not in clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, staying physically active, cooking, gardening, and exploring all that WNY has to offer!
